About these terms

evante is a staffing platform operated by Evante Platform LLC ("evante", "we"). These terms govern your use of this website.

Independent staffing agencies use evante to accept applications and manage hiring. When you apply through this site, you are applying to a staffing agency, not to evante. That agency alone decides whether to interview, hire, or place you, and that agency is your employer if you are hired. evante does not employ applicants or workers and does not make hiring decisions.

Using this site

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information in your application
• Submit an application only for yourself, not on someone else's behalf without their permission
• Not attempt to access accounts, records, or areas of the site you are not authorized to use
• Not interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken.

Your application

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or a promise of work. The staffing agency you applied to decides whether to contact you and whether to offer you an assignment.

Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Electronic signatures

Some documents on this site can be signed electronically. When you type your name and submit, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that we may record the date, time, IP address, and browser information as part of the signing record.

Text messages

Text message consent is optional and is never required to apply for a job. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

Ownership

The evante platform, its software, and its branding belong to Evante Platform LLC. Content you submit remains yours; you grant the staffing agency you applied to, and evante as its service provider, permission to use it to process and manage your application.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error free or that any application will result in employment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evante Platform LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Employment decisions, wages, working conditions, and workplace obligations are the responsibility of the staffing agency that employs you, not evante.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
