The program
The staffing agency you applied to may send you text messages about your job application and your work with them. Messages come from that agency. evante is the platform the agency uses to send them.
What we send
- Confirmation that your application was received
- Requests for information missing from your application
- Interview dates, times, and locations
- Work assignments offered to you, including start date, time, and worksite
- Replies to questions you text us
We do not send promotional offers or advertisements through this program.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking a box on the employment application. The box is not checked for you, and consent is not a condition of employment — you can apply for a job, be interviewed, and be hired without agreeing to receive text messages.
We do not buy or rent phone lists, and we do not message anyone who has not applied to us directly.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your application and any assignments offered to you. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Opting out does not affect your application or your employment in any way — a recruiter will simply call you instead.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message, or call the agency directly at the number listed on your application confirmation.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and your consent date are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
